The Smith & Wesson M&P line up has proven itself for years as being a main contender for a duty grade handgun. The M&P 2.0 has great ergonomics and for most people it just feels good in the hand. Interchangeable backstraps enable the shooter to configure the handgun to what feels best.  

Tall sights work well for backups or cowitnessing with an optic. The handgun comes with 7 different mounting plates giving a wide range of optic compatibility. The trigger on the M&P is certainly a step above many other striker fired handguns on the market, resulting in a fairly consistent and reliable shooting experience. The 4″ barrel is a great size for EDC.
