Optic magnifiers are great, but generally can cause issues when utilizing a flip to the side style of mount. Flip to side mounts can create a snag point and just the make the firearm more bulky. Flip up magnifiers like the Unity Fast work by simply pivoting the magnifier straight down, below the line of sight for just utilizing a red dot and flip straight up when deployed.
